Crepes with Sauteed Bananas and Chocolate

Please don't laugh at me that I shared this... ^^
I just wanted a light breakfast this morning... Found a very simple yet super delicious crepe from martha stewart's website. Enjoying it so much, my children also wanted some in their school snackboxes :)

Ingredients:

1 cup all purpose flour, spooned and leveled ( me: 125 gr)
2 tsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups reduced-fat milk (me: 325 ml)
2 large eggs
1 tbs melted unsalted butter (me: coconut oil)

3 bananas, peeled and sliced (me: 6 small kepok bananas)
1 tsp melted unsalted butter (me: coconut oil)
1 tbs brown sugar (me: palm suiker)

2 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted (me: + some chocolate rice)
oil or butter for skillet

Directions:
  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. Make a well in the centre. Add milk, eggs and oil/melted butter. Whisk to combine. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour (or up to 1 day).
  2. Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat skillet with butter or oil. Pour 1/3 cup batter into skillet and quickly swirl skillet so batter evenly coats bottom. Cook crepe until edges are dry, 1 to 2 minutes. Loosem with a wide spatula and using both hands, grip edges with fingertips and quickly turn over. Cook 1 minute more. Slide onto a plate. Repeat with remaining batter.
  3. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium. Add bananas and sugar. Cook, stirring occasionally, until bananas are lightly browned on one side, about 3 minutes.
  4. Fold crepes into quarters or roll them, top with bananas and chocolate/chocolate rice.
  5. Enjoy!

    1. Engga say, kalau mau yg garing coba sebagian terigunya diganti tepung beras deh...dulu pernah bikin pake resep yg lain begitu, tepungnya campuran terigu dan beras :)
