1. Mix olive oil, chopped garlic, chilli (if using), and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Peel, devein, and rinse prawn. Thaw prawn if using frozen ones.
3. Mix prawn with the marinade, cover, refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
4. Cook prawn. We can use preheated barbecue plate, grill, or even non stick pan until cooked through.
