Tomato Sauce Prawn

Terinspirasi dari resep chilli crab...gak punya crab, prawn pun jadi...he he...yang ini untuk anak-anak, jadi aku skip chillinya...nah lho, chilli prawn kok ndak ada chillinya?...ya wes, tomato sauce prawn aja...

1 large crab (aku ganti dengan 1/2 kg prawn)
3 tbs oil
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2 fresh hot red chillies, deseeded and sliced (aku skip)
2 cm fresh ginger, finely sliced
4 spring onions, chopped
1-2 tsp hot chilli sauce or sambal ulek (aku ganti dengan sweet chilli sauce)
1/3 cup tomato sauce
2 tsp cornflour
1 cup chicken stock
salt and white pepper, to taste

Heat oil in a wok and add prawn pieces, garlic, chillies (if using), ginger, and spring onion white parts. Stir fry over high heat, until the prawn is almost cooked, add chilli sauce and tomato sauce, stir briefly. Stir cornflour into the stock and pour into the pan. Simmer, stirring until the sauce glazes and the prawn is cooked. add the green parts of the spring onions. Season with salt and pepper.
